The European Orchid Council  is a non-profit association consisting of member organisations.  The seat the of association is Switzerland and it is governed by the Swiss law.  To contact the EOC, please see the Board members.

The texts and images  describing our members, member journals, board members, and events are provided by each respective entity themselves

How long we retain your data

If you leave a text to to be published, it can be retained indefinitely or until revised by you. The events on the calendar are automatically removed after expiration day. However, some permanent elements like the address and the name of the venue are retained for further usage.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have provided material on this website, you can change it by contacting the Webmaster. You can also request that we erase any data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
